The great thing about the SPINODYSSEY is that it gets you working out and motivated over many weeks or months. SPINODYSSEY gives you a reason to go to your local fitness club and get on the bike and into a safe, healthy routine.
SPINODYSSEY 2012 might even be your introduction to indoor cycling, or your first ZUMBA CLASS and the incentive to try an exciting new fitness program!
Or it might be a way to increase your fitness and your visits to the gym.

For registered riders,
several clubs and instructors will be offering free training sessions . . .
SpinOdyssey 2013 is thrilled to welcome Flywheel at Chelsea Piers in Stamford as an Official Training Center!
FREE TRAINING RIDES:
Flywheel for the next two weeks,excluding weekends, will hold up to 10 bikes per class for SpinOdyssey riders (based on availability they may add to that number).
April 22nd - 26th and April 29th - May 3rd - right up until the event!
A. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, class and time and reference SpinOdyssey.
B. Walk in 15 minutes before class and reference SpinOdyssey. The Flywheel Team will take care of you from there.

INTENSITY, our generous host of SpinOdyssey 2004-2012, has established 6 rides per week that are FREE for SpinOdyssey participants. Six bikes will be set aside for SpinO registered riders in each class.
